The following recommendations were adopted at the third meeting of the Organizational Committee for the University Rector Elections:
  - experience in the implementation of large-scale, real cases for the benefit of the University, the results of which people can see already today;
  - innovation, awareness of the depth of systemic changes needed by the society and economy of Ukraine, a clear vision of the country's future. The candidate must understand the new requirements for the training of human capital, innovative development of the University caused by such changes, and have sufficient will to carry out a radical transformation of the University in accordance with the new needs;
  - the new rector must be a leader in cooperation with the country's national security and defense sector, continuing and constantly increasing the scope of the implementation of defense projects and programs that the University carries out today;
  - in case of force majeure (critical) circumstances, the risk of which remains due to the fact that Ukraine is still in a state of war, the rector cannot leave the staff of the University. He must be with his team, consolidate it, organize its work, ensure the protection and safety of its members, motivate and support their morale.
